More than an instructor, I see myself as a teacher — here to guide you in ways of moving that keep your body strong, supported, and confident long term.
From pregnancy and postpartum to recovery and beyond, I bring evidence-based, approachable Pilates to women right here in the Wheatbelt and online everywhere.
