I’m Jess

The heart behind Flow For You Pilates, and a proud mum who understands how important it is to carve out time for yourself.

More than an instructor, I see myself as a teacher — here to guide you in ways of moving that keep your body strong, supported, and confident long term.

From pregnancy and postpartum to recovery and beyond, I bring evidence-based, approachable Pilates to women right here in the Wheatbelt and online everywhere.

I’m here for the post-baby rebuilds, the quick lunch-break flows, the late-night stretches, and the morning bursts of energy. For the women rediscovering confidence, the ones carving out ten minutes for themselves, and the ones chasing strength that lasts a lifetime.

These classes are designed to be as enjoyable as they are effective — creative, considered, and built to support you through every season. This is Pilates made personal, approachable, and always for you.
