I’m Jess, the heart behind Flow For You Pilates — and a proud mum who knows how important it is to carve out time for yourself.
More than an instructor, I see myself as a teacher — here to guide you in ways of moving that keep your body strong, supported, and confident long term.
From pregnancy and postpartum to recovery and beyond, I bring evidence-based, approachable Pilates to women & men right here in the Wheatbelt and online everywhere.

Jess's Pilates class offers exercises that cater for individual abilities and strengths. The classes target a variety of muscle groups and challenges my range of movement. The online classes are short, sharp and perfect for fitting into a busy day, I enjoy her check ins that help keep me motivated. I have been attending Flow for You Pilates classes since 2021. It is wonderful to have classes in my small town and not have to travel far. Jess is very knowledgeable and explains the why behind every movement. She checks in on the class participants and tailors the sessions to our needs, supporting us but also challenging us. Jess creates a fun, relaxed atmosphere where everyone feels valued and included no matter our age or physical capabilities. I always come away from class feeling better physically and mentally. I have also done Flow For You Online Pilates while away on holidays and find this very beneficial and easy to follow. Jess continues to check in on you to keep you motivated and make sure you get the best out of the program. Pilates with Jess is always a treat! Every session is different from the last, leaving me feeling amazing - energized and perfectly sore in all the right places! Jess is a patient and gentle instructor, tailoring and adjusting her classes as necessary for every individual capability & need. This ability to warmly engage people of any age or ability and her extensive pilates experience & knowledge I believe sets her apart. I have also loved utilizing her Flow for You online program. Not only is it flexible and varied, but allows me to choose sessions of different lengths to easily fit in to the busiest of days!
